My family and I wish to express our sorrow upon hearing of the passing of "Mr. Bubba". We all knew him and greatly admired him and , most of all, we will all miss him. May the Weeks family all find peace during this trying time and look back on just the fond memories.

I have known Bubba for quite a few years but did not get to know him as well as when he retired and started visiting our coffee shop at Cagle's Corner in Ackerman. I love to talk with Bubba and Laura while visiting them at home several times after he was unable to get out. Most of the time he was at the shed out back in good weather where we had many good conversations. It was so sad when Miss Laura got Alzheimers and then passed.
After Bubba went to the nursing home I would always make an appoint to visit with him but not as much as I should. He was cheerful most all the time until the past year when he was always wanting the nurse or something and dissatisfied. I guess this will happen to all of us as we age, especially as things grew dreary when family and friends cannot visit persons in the nursing home due to Coronavirus in 2020. I wish the family God's blessings and peace.

The best father-in-law anyone ever had. We stayed close and had a special friendship
